We aim to get your Richman pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A tracking number to follow your delivery

Delivery Timeframes

South Africa

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Lesotho

  • 1–3 business days

International

  • 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders.


Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

Richman is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information

Returns & Exchanges

Our Standard of Care

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains in its original condition.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and not repeatedly tried on
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Garment must be clean, unaltered, and in original packaging

Fit & Sizing Responsibility

Every Richman piece is designed to sculpt and complement the natural shape of the body.

We strongly recommend:

  • Measuring your waist and hips before purchasing
  • Reviewing our size guide carefully

Sizing is a guideline, and customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.


When Returns Cannot Be Accepted

Due to the nature of our sculpting denim, we cannot accept items that show:

Wear or Damage

  • Tears, rips, or strain marks

Fabric Changes

  • Loss of stretch or elasticity
  • Damage caused by heat (e.g. hot water washing)

Appearance Changes

  • Fading or uneven colour
  • Stains, makeup, or marks

Alterations

  • Any modifications to the garment

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Bodysuits
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or limited edition pieces

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The incorrect item was sent

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns may be issued as:
    • Exchange
    • Store credit
  • Refunds (if applicable) may take 5–10 business days to reflect

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To maintain the signature Richman fit:

  • Avoid hot water washing
  • Wash only when necessary
  • Follow the care instructions provided
