  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time

3. FIT & SIZING (IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

A Note Before You Choose Your Pair

Every pair of Richman Jeans is designed with intention —
 to honour, sculpt, and celebrate the natural curves of a woman’s body.

Our denim is specifically created for curvy, pear-shaped silhouettes, where the waist and hips differ in proportion.

To experience the true Richman fit:

  • Measure both your waist and hips before purchasing

  • Focus on your natural body ratio, not just standard sizing

Our ideal fit range:

  • Waist-to-hip ratio: e.g - 1:2 = 70cm , curves = 140 cm

If your body shape is more balanced (closer to 1:1):

  • We recommend selecting your size based on your waist measurement first

 

 

Important Sizing Disclaimer

  • All sizing charts and recommendations are provided as guidelines only

  • Fit may vary depending on body shape, garment cut, and fabric stretch

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed sizing guidance carefully

  • You understand the nature of stretch denim

  • Richman is not liable for incorrect size selection

4. PRICING

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • In the event of a pricing error, Richman reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order

 

 

5. PAYMENT

We accept:

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • EFT

  • Secure online gateways (PayFast, Shopify Payments)

Orders are processed only once payment is confirmed.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

6. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

South Africa

  • Standard: 2–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Lesotho

  • 1–3 business days

International

  • 5–10 business days

Excludes weekends and public holidays.

 

 

7. SHIPPING FEES

  • Calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders

 

 

8. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders processed within 1–2 business days

  • Customers receive:

    • Confirmation email

    • Tracking details once shipped

 

 

9. DELIVERY & RISK

  • Risk transfers upon delivery

  • Richman is not responsible for:

    • Courier delays

    • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CARE

10. RETURNS — OUR STANDARD OF CARE

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • Item is unworn and not repeatedly tried on

  • Tags remain attached

  • Garment is clean, unaltered, and in original condition

 

 

11. WHEN A PIECE CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

Due to the sculpting nature of our denim, returns will not be accepted if:

Visible Wear or Damage

  • Tears, rips, or strain marks (thighs, seat, knees)

Fabric Integrity Issues

  • Loss of stretch or elasticity

  • Damage from heat (e.g. hot water washing)

Colour & Texture Changes

  • Fading or uneven tone

Marks & Stains

  • Makeup, oils, or visible stains

Alterations

  • Any modification to the original garment

 

 

12. SEAM REVIEW (LIMITED EXCEPTION)

Minor seam concerns may be reviewed at Richman’s discretion,
 only if the garment remains structurally and visually intact.

 

 

13. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Bodysuits

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or limited edition pieces

 

 

14. EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Customers cover return shipping unless:

    • Item is defective

    • Incorrect item was supplied

 

 

15. REFUNDS

  • Issued only after inspection

  • May take 5–10 business days to reflect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

 

 

16. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain your Richman fit:

  • Avoid hot water washing

  • Wash only when necessary

  • Follow garment care instructions

The way you care for your denim is the way it continues to care for you.

 

 

17. BULK & WHOLESALE ORDERS

  • Bulk orders are final unless agreed otherwise in writing

  • Custom orders require:

    • 50% deposit upfront

    • Balance before dispatch

 

 

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including:

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Product names

  • “God is my Richman”

  • Richman Oath

remain the property of Richman Apparels (Pty) Ltd.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

 

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Richman is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Delays beyond our control

Liability is limited to the purchase value of the item.

 

 

20. PRIVACY

Customer data is used for:

  • Order processing

  • Communication

  • Marketing (if consent is given)

We do not sell personal data.

 

 

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by South African law.
